Scope

Custom digital projects involve discovery, design and development work that may be performed in stages. Refund eligibility depends on the signed quotation or contract, delivered work, non-refundable third-party costs and applicable law.

Requesting a cancellation

Contact Webkaart in writing with your project reference and reason for the request. The team will review the scope, completed milestones, outstanding payments and any approved cancellation terms.

Hosting and subscriptions

Hosting renewals, provider subscriptions and domain services may be subject to separate renewal or cancellation conditions that should be disclosed in the proposal.
